NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS

1. Pricing and Refund Policy:
1.1. All products sold by the seller are subject to a fixed price policy. Under no
circumstances shall the seller entertain requests for bargaining, discounting, or negotiation
on the stated price.

1.2. The seller expressly disclaims any guarantee, warranty, or claim regarding the quality,
durability, or performance of the products sold.
1.3. All sales are considered final, and no refund, whether full or partial, shall be provided
after the sale is concluded.

2. Exchange Policy:
2.1. Customers shall be permitted to exchange products only once, subject to the following
conditions:
a) The exchange must be requested within five (5) calendar days from the date of
purchase.
b) The exchange shall only be processed during the hours of 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on
business days.

2.2. The following documents and conditions are mandatory for initiating an
exchange:
a) The original bill/invoice of the purchase.
b) The product must retain its original tags and labels without any signs of tampering,
removal, or alteration.
2.3. Exchange requests that do not meet the aforementioned conditions shall be summarily
rejected.
2.4. The seller reserves the right to refuse exchange in cases of misuse, tampering, or
damage caused by the customer.

3. Washing and Maintenance Instructions:
3.1. Customers are strongly advised to adhere to the recommended care and washing
instructions.
3.2. It is specifically recommended that the first wash of any garment be conducted
exclusively through professional dry cleaning.
3.3. The seller shall not be liable for any damage, discoloration, shrinkage, or fading
caused due to improper washing or maintenance practices by the customer.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items:
4.1. The following categories of items are strictly non-exchangeable:
a) Blazers, coat suits, and jackets.
b) Fancy kurtas-pajamas, lehengas, and salwar suits.
c) Fancy Dresses and sarees.

4.2. Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect such items before purchase, as no
exchange or return shall be entertained.

5. Online Payment Confirmation and Validity:
5.1. Payments made through online modes (including but not limited to UPI, credit/debit
cards, net banking, or digital wallets) shall be deemed valid only upon the successful credit
of the amount to the seller’s designated bank account.
5.2. The seller shall not be held liable for any delays, failures, or errors in payment
processing by third-party payment service providers.

6. Disclaimer Regarding Color and Fabric Durability:
6.1. The seller provides no guarantee or assurance regarding the color fastness, fabric
durability, or retention of texture of the products.
6.2. The seller shall not be liable for:
a) Color bleeding, fading, or deterioration of fabric due to washing, exposure to sunlight,
or improper care.
b) The wear and tear of zari, velvet, or other decorative materials over time.
c) Variations in color shades or texture due to batch differences or natural fabric
properties.

7. Limitation of Liability:
7.1. The seller’s liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.
7.2. Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for incidental, consequential, or
indirect damages arising from the use or purchase of the products.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of India.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the purchase shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the seller’s jurisdiction.
