To protect your shopping experience, we conduct shrinkage checks on select items from new or unverified suppliers. These garments are washed according to the instructions on their care labels and measured before and after to observe any significant change in size or fit. If a product shrinks more than acceptable industry standards (typically more than 3–5%), we immediately flag the batch and review it with our supplier.

We also ensure that all our garments come with accurate, easy-to-understand wash-care instructions, so you know exactly how to care for your purchase. Garments made from natural fabrics like cotton or rayon known for being more sensitive to wash cycles are given extra attention before reaching our shelves.

Furthermore, we actively monitor customer feedback and return reasons. If we notice repeated concerns about shrinkage in a specific product or brand, we take quick action either by removing the product from our collection or working with the supplier to improve quality.
